in place that your community is familiar with. These are optional and can always be added later if needed.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">For a deeper dive before deciding, here are the details. Multiple versions of patron queries can be created (up to thirty types) for different situations such as questions about requested items, fee payments,
etc. These requests for clarification are sent by library staff to patrons from the Borrowing Requests page (<b>Fulfillment > Resource Sharing > Borrowing Requests</b>) with the expectation that the patron will reply.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">When the “send_query_toPatron_use_xsl” setting in the Customer Parameters Mapping Table page (<b>Configuration Menu > Fulfillment > General > Other Settings</b>) is set to “true” the <b>Patron Query Types</b> option
appears in the <b>Configuration > Fulfillment > Resource Sharing</b> menu.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
