Hello David.
If you are still working on this I did the following. Under Fulfillment. Course Reserves. Courses I located the reserve courses that were available in test load. I changed the dates of one of the courses to include present dates.
If I went back to Fulfillment. Course Reserve. Reading Lists to find books associated with the course reserves. Pick a title.
The I searched for that title under Resources. Once I located the title, I clicked on the item record. There I selected edit and changed the item temporary location to A.T. Wehrle Memorial Library Reserve and clicked save. Be sure to click the radio button to use that location.
Then I was able to test this as my reserve book.
I am thinking there is probably an easier way around this but this worked for me.
Good luck.

Subject: [opal_migration_leads] Fulfillment testing question
Hi gang,
How would I test a reserve item? None of the items we currently have on reserve were on reserve when the data was pulled for our Alma test instance, and I can't seem to find what might have been on reserve at the time. Is there a way to search physical items to discover what was on reserve? Location doesn't seem to work, but that means something different in Alma, as I recall.
Thanks for any wisdom!
Cheers,
Dave
