[opal_migration_leads] Print periodicals check in

Hi Beverly,
We used to use the prediction boxes, but now we just add a single box each
time an issue is received. I think this will be similar to "ad hoc"
receiving of periodicals in Alma. We get so few print periodicals, and we
don't worry much about claiming unless we just happen to notice an issue is
missing, so we decided not to bother with setting up the patterns any more.
