[opal_migration_leads] Job settings

Hi gang,

I'm wondering how you all are configuring the Send Courtesy Notices and Handle Loan Renewals Job, specifically the schedule, the Handle loans setting, the From and To boxes, and the Allow Renew for Rapido Pods Requests. (I'm guessing the latter is checked, but just make sure I'm not missing anything.)
