[opal_migration_leads] EXT: Wave 4 Rapido Institutional To-Do Links not working

Just heard from Aseel that they updated the links and they all lead to the general documentation. ☹

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone else in Wave 4 has noticed that the links in their Institutional To-Do list are not working.  The links to documentation lead to a generic list and the links to a PowerPoint presentation lead to a 404 error for me.
