[opal_migration_leads] OhioLINK, Rapido, and Due Dates

Hi All,

This process definitely seems different from Sierra. In talking with
Lauren, the current set up they have for Rapido seems to be, for example, a
7 day travel time, a 21 day checkout time, and a 7 day return travel time.
They build in travel time to the front and back of the process to take that
into account so as to not cut too much into the checkout period, but the
time waiting for the patron to pick it up does seem to be an area that
could cause some issues. I wonder if Ohiolink would be interested in
having 10 day travel time on the front end to allow patrons time to pick
the items up? Alma is always an adventure!
