[opal_migration_leads] [EXTERNAL SENDER] Re: OhioLINK, Rapido, and Due Dates

My understanding was that the due date is generated when the loaning
library/institution sends/scans the item out. Not sure if that could be
overridden by the borrowing institution, or only the lending institution?
Fulfillment is not my forte though!
